I did not notice any improvement on my visit to my village (Mahimapur) in 2008, although, I have heard about improvement in infrastruture by others. I look forward to see the developement in February 2011 on my visit to India. I congratulate her on her second consecutive win in Vidhan Sabha election and remind her that a big mandate is a big responsbility. I wish her good luck in fulfilment of her duties.
